These cards were included in packages of Plus Extra cigarettes in Argentina. This set was printed and distributed in 1926 and was done in different series. Series C was for football which will be covered in this post. This set features a stunning design and photography. The iconic cards in this set are the Luis Monti and Raimundo Orsi rookies. This can be considered one of the premiere sets in pre-war football and relative to Dolar cards, is significantly rarer.

The Greiling cigarette cards were produced and distributed in Germany and contained a combination of cards from a variety of sports.

The 1925-28 J.S Onagoity "Cigarrillos Dolar" is easily considered one of the greatest sets of all time in the soccer card collecting hobby.

This set from J.S Onagoity is the successor to the Cigarrillos Dollar set. This set also features a second Bernabe Ferreyra rookie. These cards have proven to be very difficult to find but are well worth tracking down as they are cards that have amazing eye appeal and feature some of the greatest Argentinian footballers of all time.
